Hello,

I'm looking to buy T92 melee weapons but don't know what's better to get; 2h or dual wield?

I've got nox scythe that I have been using to get 120 slayer but now I've got that feel I should get T92 to try and improve on bossing. I can solo GW2 and that's about it lol.

The sweaty switchscape answer is use both. If you want to stick to one the Abyssal Scourge and the Masterwork Spear of Annihilation both have a passive so those should be the only ones you consider. The Scourge is pretty new and I haven't seen very in-depth evidence one is better.

I like 2h for dag kings. I guess it depends on what boss you're facing. Dag kings are really fun, since I need to get bossing points anyway.

Ironically, you need to buy no melee weapon for dag kings. They have their own unique one. I cannot for the life of me manage to catch Covid. Perhaps it's because I didn't get vaxxed? The travails of those lacking immunity.

Ironically, you need to buy no melee weapon for dag kings. They have their own unique one. I've been using the Augmented Balmung and don't even think it gets the bonus. I did the math and a tier 92 would have more ability damage using a Sliske set, Max Cape, Souls, Cinderbanes, and Asylum surgeon's ring.

Balmung does 1.175% damage against Supreme

Enhanced Balmung Ability Damage
((3.75 * 120) + (1599 * 0.644295) + (1.5 * 109)) * 1.175 = 1931.38

Tier 90
(3.75 * 120) + (14.4 * 90) + (1.5 * 109) = 1909.5

Tier 92
(3.75 * 120) + (14.4 * 92) + (1.5 * 109) = 1938.3
