So a token will rise rapidly, hit a price high enough that hoarders dump at, the token crashes to “x” amount, then the token slowly rises again back to that peak price and generally surpasses that price? And the process repeats, but unless a re-release the token should generally overall continue to gradually rise more and more?

Even if hoarders dump I believe it will continue to rise gradually unless re-released because the supply is constantly getting hammered by the runescape player base who will consume the token. The superior man thinks of virtue; the small man thinks of comfort.
