bonds will eventually follow all other items that went up in price. ppl can affort more so bonds will go up. im surprised that it didnt reach 40m+ yet.
trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.
It was stable because huge ammounts of players are buying so they can sell it on GE for ingame gold. I think it was last year when there was a period when they were really low, like 20M-ish.

Manipulators? If there are then they are stupid ones as there is a 10% tax trading bonds through GE. They actually lose money with a 5% spike up in price overnight.

The bond buying has been very agressive. I guess its mostly a coordinated merch,in combination with a few other things.
They will probably come down again as they always do,its a matter of patience.
