The staff and mushroom have no value and never will.

Non-instant bought purple mushroom 15m today, coupled with the other persons 17m staff trade yesterday puts the price for both items in 15-20m range.

I just sold a staff 61m yesterday and was non-instant buying them 39m.

Either conflict or margins are really high. You've been non-instant buying them so the price you NIB at might not be indicative of how high they can sell.
