Isn't the entire point of 's' and 'b' to establish the fact that a non-instant buy = instant sell, and a non-instant sell = instant buy?

I guess if they reported incorrectly you would want to know. But assuming they understand what 's' and 'b' is then it shouldnt really make a difference.
