Also as far as image you simply follow these steps:

1) Take a screenshot (using Sharex is helpful because it instantly converts it to an imgur link (you can always convert it to Imgur link manually)

2) Click on the image button

3) Once you click on it you should see the following code box [imgur src=]

The screenshot I used to show you the image button is "https://i.imgur.com/DSSx88C.png"

How you would display this is adding the "DSSx88C.png" piece after the = sign inside it.
