There is basically a nigh impossible to reach cap for most people for GP now. No point in using items to hold value. Prices are correcting to what people will buy them for to use or flip momentarily. No one is holding stuff that isn't discontinued.

Less reason to hold your gp in items like dyes, mtx dyes diluted the dye brand, always new supply so dyes steadily decrease, dyes are being liquidated for gp to buy new t95 necro items or other purchases. There's only so many different dyeable items to dye so they might momentarily rise a bit when t95 necro gear becomes dyeable then continue on a downwards slope. Completing all dyed items can eventually be reached if you're rich enough and then after that unless players want to hold some for a bit they'll get offloaded.
