Actually even if it was filled in 1 sec it is nothing like *almost an ins* because it may be total random when your offer may be complete - maybe the actual buyer will buy it 5 mins later or 5 secs.
If you would have put that bond in like 3 minutes ago then MAYBE it would have still taken all that 3 minutes + 25 seconds to be completed - so I see you want bonds to rise, but still this statement is not true then.
You could place a druidic wreath in G.E and just by randomness 1 second later it may be sold, just because the suitable buyer just then placed his order. -> May still be totally random then
