Nib'd the following

1 bond for 16,500,000
1 bond for 16,250,000
1 bond for 16,100,000

Was just testing out the prices, all bought within 2 mins

edit: nib'd another bond for 16,000,000, took 1 hour +.

edit2 : 07:18 game time bought a bond 16mil within 10 seconds

INS 8 bonds 18m
after that NIS 7 bonds for 18m(takes like 1 or 2 mins to sell trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

ni buy 14.9 bond If you are willing to chuck your most precious possessions like phats because someone said words like crashing/dying/quitting and then find yourself unable to rebuy for what you sold for, then you don't deserve to own a phat.
