Curious as to your speculations of why the dye is so cheap given it's status :P . - (Owner) Ornery Onions -

Low player count = less real demand, Merchers don't hoard event items as they used to, due to the fear of re-release.

EDIT: One thing I have noticed is we underestimate the quantity on so called limited items, I was surprised to see some 10k+ collections of so-called purple prizes lmao. I think some of these events give out items like candy, which is only noticed when the hype dies down.

To be fair, there are odds given on the Treasure Hunter items so you can get a pretty good idea on which items will have 10k + and which will have less if you look at the odds given in response to RSGOTMEFATT. And they came from paper not TH.

Aurora is probably more rare that people think along with Stratus Cloud & Rose Petal (most rare) and then GSH. When/if investors pull the trigger they will see that.

Ramped manipulation on Wiki and Redit over these items because they know Jagex won't say anything is probably the problem. Sad Jagex doesn't really care.

the demand is there for all these items, Eveline says it correctly.

On top of that the few players left are being drained by the Phat and rare community so no one has any coins but them.

But seriously, go try and edit Wiki on any of these items and it will be edited back within minutes sometimes to the same false info. If you think it's as simple as "no demand" I believe you are really wrong.

I don't know about demand, but liquidity is definitely low, whenever I get on rs3 and try to flip a few items it takes forever unless I flip in a more concentrated sector like PVM or a specific TH item. If you go to misplaceditems .com you can see the player population, it scrapes data from the rs website, we are going back to pre-covid levels. Rs3 was not able to hold its gains from the covid boom while osrs has done the opposite. But I want rs3 to thrive or osrs gets monetized lmao.

Even if people worried about it re-releasing the price will slowly rise as people come around and buy them and over time they rise as they leave the game dyed on weapon etc. Not the worst investment.

Aurora Ekz looks amazing, same with FSOA and BOLG. Armor wise, Malev looks godly.
