You are correct in that the final trade screen does not actually show that the trade was accepted by both parties. Unfortunately, once both parties have accepted on that screen, the trade is complete and there is nothing left to take a picture of. That screenshot is the best one to show the details and intentions of the trade. While it is not exactly proof that the trade was completed, it is a more acceptable trade report than the typical post of PlayerABC stating that they bought Item111 from PlayerDEF for 10 of Item222 with no screenshot.
