Tbh regarding the Green Santa hat, I don’t think it makes much difference if it’s in here or not, I really wouldn’t mind if it is added, As I personally agree with the comment made earlier regarding it being sentimental to the prestige of Santa hats.
But I also understand that this is a discontinued thread and gsh has not been confirmed discontinued.
Either way is it really a big deal if it gets added, it fits in with the other santas.

On another note this thread has been quiet dead for months bar the gsh and the occasional phat sale, might be good to get some more activity on the thread.

I don’t see much problem other than the thread being a disc item thread, don’t want people assuming it’s disc later down the line, saying that I don’t think gsh should be in sof/th.

I think we should just agree with whatever Lyra wants, It’s her thread at the end of the day.


Maybe add a disclaimer at the top of the thread about gsh? Maybe with quotes to mod Holi’s statement

This is a DISCONTINUED thread. It has been CONFIRMED that GSH is NOT. Nothing more needs to be said.
This is not a situation where we don't know if it is or not. This is a situation where we know it isn't discontinued.

I think everyone wants it to be discontinued, I also think everyone thinks it should be discontinued. But the case is the opposite and the reason that's the case is because that's what we have been told. Rank #56 Overall. 8000/1****? Hard caskets stacked. 7000/8****? Elite caskets stacked.

no the current info is it may or may not be, so 50% it is going to be discontinued
but thats not 100% like gold phat

50% is still good odds
which means it can be discontinued till a year later or 10 years later
basically makes it a rubber turkey though
infact gsh is basically in the same league as xmas foods except jagex controls the rarity
but maybe after the event theyll say a clear answer (doubtfull)

That 50% is what you decide it to be. A J-mod has said it is not, so it is not.
If we use your example then all shadow tokens, xmas jumpers and MUCH more will be discontinued till they may or may not be rereleased. Rank #56 Overall. 8000/1****? Hard caskets stacked. 7000/8****? Elite caskets stacked.
