Basically it's allowed for people to post whatever, unfortunately - then you decide which you believe in or not.
Your post, mine included, may even be hidden as there is a "slight" assumption of calling someone out.
If someone trades with Alt to another Alt they have then it becomes fishy and could be manipulative. If you have proof they are owned by the same person it could be an idea to send Jagex an E-Mail at:- [email protected] with all your findings.
It's very hard for the F-Mods to prove the accounts are owned by the same person though. Although some F-Mods may know who's alt belongs to who it's still hard to prove.
