While you're correct the Fish Mask and Christmas Tree Hat are indeed discontinued items.

They are not tracked here due to their relation to Squeal of Fortune/Treasure Hunter events.

Discontinued items tracked in this tread are main-stream holiday discontinued items.

So to echo what's already been said for an accurate price analysis you'll want to move your question to the SOF/TH forum thread.
