this is most likely another step in their part to kill their original mess-up with og disco's to stop the manip on them.

they're mass releasing a huge ton of "discontinued items" every year.

ever since the manip problem got brought up in the community and jagex actually noticed the bring up of it and responded once to it there's been about 30+ new items.


im not going to go into more detail about how this is/will affect everything but if you think about it you can probably figure it out. Don't trust any pc's listed, any advice or talks between posts on ID forums anymore , the Manips are let loose, especially the main one with 15+ accounts posting acting as different people.. do your own research

@ELITE STACK has this cape been a confirmed discontinued like they stated with the golden phats? I know they said that the golden phats where a one time event unlike the green santas which "may return in a future event".

I havn't done this event yet, but was this stated by Jagex per the title of this tread "Golden cape new discontinued"?

It said in the newspost that just like the golden partyhat the golden cape is a new limited time item, so by comparing it to the golden partyhat which was confirmed to be discontinued, Its safe to assume the golden cape is discontinued too. I guess an official jagex statement would be more transparant but im 95% sure the cape is discontinued because they compared it to the partyhat. I need my blue charms back.

Hi Elite Stack,

I'm also sure, that it is limited.

Anything can happen,
but no idea why it would come back.
The price of the cape is now 49.5m , are we going to put more effort into it by rerelease?

So not really a fun attraction for us.
I like to see new limited items, no problem with it.

I aim for the black partyhat the most.

Here need to be a real value announced on this like the Holly Wreath with 1,000 pieces max.

This will be a moment that I want to go into, hopefully a nice Merry Xmas 2023.
