If I ever finish unlocking things, I might try that. I still haven't unlocked all the perks from GWD2 zzz. And I need a defender thing, which I'll have to lvl up.

For someone who is inactive and has been for a long time, this game is quite confusing.

honestly, you can still get by with high end stuff without the absolute perfect perks, in my setup the only gw2 perks I actively have is caroming4 on ranged and magic weapons, which I used Guardian's gift to get, and Lunging4 on my MWSpear, and while I do have Aftershock4 as well, it's on an item I don't use often, but keep for what few uses it has (my Nox Scythe)

ideal perks aren't an absolute requirement, but they definitely do help, none of my own sets are completely ideal yet, I even still have filler perks on some of my sets
