There is not enough demand for that, not even remotely close + the cape doesn't look too great. By looking at the exp, over 100 people will have at end, easily.
The action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired.

Imagine paying 12b for a 120 cape...
Cape prices aren't related to supply only, demand have a huge effect on price formation and there isn't really demand for woodcutting cape. You should've tried slayer one if you were looking for money. Way cooler and in less than 30 days you would be able to get 3 slayer 120 capes and make 12b selling them.

i sold my 120 wc cape for 4.8b as soon as we were given the golden halo's and i spent hrs and hrs at the ge and just got lucky that someone wanted it, it looks so average tbh i wouldnt pay anywhere near that for it

Bought Ace Hunter pet from aryo FSW for 100m. Camped on w2 for 3-5 days and couldnt find a single seller.
