With all due respect to you too if you have issues with Moderation then you really should use the Review thread.
I removed your post because the way it was worded. You were calling someone out as a Manpiupator and you know it just can't be done within these forums.
Also please understand Forum Moderators do not have much power when it comes to Manipulating claims. We have no tools to check it out so we have guidelines instead. These Guidelines were used when I removed your post.
Manipulating can't be proven within the forums. If you feel someone is Manipulating then you have 1 option and thats to E-Mail Jagex at:- [email protected] with any information or proof you have that someone is or could be manipulating and someone within Jagex will check out your claims and take any action they feel if fitting.
