Thats the hard part. If you have offers in GE and can grab a Screen Shot then thats easy to Conflict.
If it's above Max Cash then thats where the issue is. It's very hard to Conflict over Max Cash. Infact I would say impossible.
So really Conflicts are for GE trades where you can prove via a Screen Shot for higher or lower offers.
