Might be a while longer till 400,000,000 million lol. Jagex stated that they have had over 320 mill accounts for a while now, the counter was just broken. They are looking into ways that they can get an exact update. They have put the 320 in as a place holder.

As theres only 3 tokens, one token is need for full set.
