It’s not my complaint it was mentioned in stream. There’s limitations and sometimes companies have to weight benefit vs costs and return on investment.

I understand that. The complaint is coming from the sole entity that has the power to implement a solution.

@Destruction - The way we as a player group have brought about change in the past - voice our opinions through forum posts, social media posts, and in-game demonstrations. We do these things in an intelligent and reasonable way until progress has been made.

So what plan of action do you propose to get Jagex to finally go through with this large scale project? Tons of players have already made forum posts similar to this one, messaged Jmods, and made reddit posts about market manipulation and improvements. I want change too, but what more can we really do at this point? Do we all organize a strike and cancel memberships until they start listening to us?

It’s the new players they’re trying to appeal at the moment which is why their budget is probably focused on mobile app development and marketing. They know veterans are too addicted to quit and new players aren’t going to be buying partyhats anytime soon. There is actual return on investment if they focus their manpower and funds on app development and marketing. If there are enough of us that quit because rares are too manipulated, they might start listening but I don’t see a mass exodus of veterans quitting anytime soon because of that reason.

Quitting is never the answer. In principal, when you leave the table you no longer have a voice in what goes on. The proper course of action is to keep the dialogue open between players and involve J Mods whenever possible. That is the plan of action we can have the most impact with and keep good faith between groups.

Ok sounds good! I’ll make sure to show support on forums and reddit posts every single day on this topic. Let me know when you create your relevant forum threads or social media posts too so I can show my support on them and/or upvote! We will win!

It's interesting to see that since the bubble burst a couple of days ago there are far less trades posted on the price check thread in comparison to the boom period.

Would you say that is due to a drop in trades taking place or due to a reluctance to post trades that show a drop in value?

Note* I'm not saying trying to manipulate or say the market is one way or another, I'm just making an observation about the trades posted the last couple of days to the price check thread.

Things are definitely dropping. I personally sold my rares already. You should only hold at your own risk. Buy back when it is 500m-1B cheaper. That’s just my personal prediction. Last time santas were selling for 2.7b it dropped down to about 2.3b for an extended period and then it shot up quickly to 3b in a short period.
