What's up with the price of Dragon_sq_shield_ornament_kit_(or) and Dragon_sq_shield_ornament_kit_(sp)?

I just came back from a long break and saw they have gone up loads but still give no fortunate comps, what's going on?

iirc if you attach the kits, the shield will disassemble into fortunate
