Wow so quite a few non-ge tradables are still worth it.... I destroyed quite a lot of these items a few weeks ago thinking they were junk.. :(

Hi all,
Got this question from another player.
He has a pair of rune gauntlets wich are tradable, but not possible to sell on GE.
The examen is "i have to keep my hands safe" , these are old gauntlets?
How did they become this way?
Anyone knows a price?
