This has summarised why these threads serve no purpose at all. You 'corrected' a range with your own figures, and then when called out, immediately dropped said range by 500m. You pulled those figures out of thin air, much like many of the people do here. You can't justify frivolous and spurious price ranges by simply saying "do your own research".
Sorry to go off-topic, but something has to give here. i dropped by 500m, if hes considering price ranges = forums post
