What do you mean? There have been multiple sales of gweens at that price. Why do you think it's only worth 3.5-4b? Where's that coming from? Ultimately it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it, and there are probably people in the game that would've paid more than 4.2b for it.

Maybe you overpaid, maybe you didn't. But it's not right to accuse someone of manipulating just because someone else told you that you overpaid. Prices also change quickly. Only a few weeks ago gween was worth over 7b.

tbh you just overpaid at the time of the sale. thats your own responsibility to double check the prices of an item. you choose to pay 4.2b at the time you bought your mask which is your own fault if you think you paid tomuch because your the one that clicked on accept at the end of the trade.

always double check prices before buying or selling an item.

on a side note, i havent seen a gween go under 3.7 unless i missed a pc in the past few weeks. trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

Many players that bought lower rares at extreme prices don't realize that there's a pretty high quantity of them in game lol. They might keep dropping or merchers might see this as an opportunity and start buying. so you might be able to make it back or it can go lower, i am staying away :P .

You didn’t over pay, you just paid the higher end of its current price bracket atm.
They’ll go back up soon so don’t stress.
Also sounds like you impulse bought it, you came to these forums so you know the disco thread gets price guides posted up nearly weekly, plus shopping around in W2 for a little longer you would have found the average price and then haggle down from there.
Learn from your mistakes, we have all made them.
