Prices change and 146b could mean someone sold or bought for 145,000,0001. So idk why you put an offer for 145.1..
Really? I thought it would be rounded in a mathematical way, like : 145.5 > 146b and 145.49 > 145b

It's rounded so that the statement is true.

145s means that the item would have instantly sold if you offered it for 145M.
145b means that the item would have instantly bought if you offered 145M.

If you sold a spider leg for 145.9 instantly and posted 146s then the statement would not be true. A spider leg would not sell instantly if you put it in for 146m. The same concept applies when reporting buys.
