I agree. I wasted a bond for the double wrapping paper and the yields are the exact same as the amount I received prior to spending 90mil. Which, as you say is way lower then any previous year. Thats messed up.
Jagex has done a pretty well and thought out serious of events and activities for this holiday season, so I am sure this is not intentional. Someone in the programming probably fudged up some numbers here and there. Lets hope they fix it.

Apparently it only boosts paper from christmas paper chests from the th promo. So I wasted a bond because I don't buy keys from jagex. Just a warning to anyone else who is thinking about buying the double wrapping paper. Wiki might be incorrect on this.

I'm noticing this as well...

It doesn't seem like a very good ROI, especially if it only boosts chests from the current promotion. Hopefully there's some additional clarity, and/or a potential tweak in the paper rates from skilling for folks who opted into redeeming a bond.

Edit: It does state in the marketplace:
"Purchase double Wrapping Paper drops from skilling and killing."

Perhaps the rate is just slower than last year? If this, then it may not be functioning properly.

Yea i also read that it doubles skilling and killing, and looking at my alt who doesn't have the doubler it indeed does double the wrapping paper on my main who did buy it.

Looking back on the previous years when doing a full day of afk skilling, having about 15-20k ish paper at the end of the day where now its not even close to 15k and thats with the double. Would be awesome if they could check out it its actually functioning properly and change/adjust to how it was. Whats 9 + 10 ?
