i prefer shining colours over dark colours, ive tried every colour besides blue phat and i stick with yellow, if a black partyhat would come ingame i would try to get it but if i wouldnt get it i wouldnt mind, and if i had one and it would over rule an og hat i would sell it to buy an og hat. trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

they have never said anything about black santa hat being discontinued.

halo of returning is more likely to be discontinued than black santa hat

I can clearly remember Jagex stating that the Black santa hat was "One off" not to be released again.

The Red santa hat AND the black santa hat is not being re-released, you just seem to have some kind of hatred towards the Bsh.

On the topic.
I would prefer if it was a simular event as the Gphat, so everyone can have a fair chance to get one, after finding a way to put the Alts at bay.

because posters have brought up the gold party hat and the value i feel its acceptable to mention this issue on this thread, mods please let me know if you disagree and i will alter my post,

but i feel one of the reasons the gold party hat value on top of the amount in game that caused it to be such a low value item is the way the hat it self look when used as a forum profile picture i never understood why jagex would not fix the glitched look.... to look like a hat you wear at some fast food restaurant, its pure cosmetic look if horrible and they should have fixed that issue immediately upon release
