Because the trade happened more than 7 days ago, most likely. I just logged in on RS3 yesterday to check GE, since I am mostly active on OSRS.

It's still recent, the other trades are outdated since it's traded like once every month.

I would have updated it earlier but I wasn't active on RS3, so.
