Honestly, having so much gp locked up in 2nd age mage makes me just too anxious.

Short-term: mage demand is razor thin based on my experience of buying bottoms with a 10min offer from last week (supply is small atm too, but so are all the 2nd age items; I just don't know how long bottoms can stay at max gp. When Kayla XD reported her 1630s trade, it was possible since I knew previously my max gp offer filled in 10mins and therefore no one was ahead of me.)

Long-term: when 2nd age re-work comes, range and melee will have the most to gain since mage is already high

is 2nd age for sure getting reworked? it needs it but seems like jagex doesnt care and will let the items die

If rework is happening all of the armors/weapons would be getting reworked and not only mage. The truth is if 2a came out in 2012 it would have been extremely expensive, even if it looked as it does now. The problem is there's so much Salmon and other promo gear that's basically free but looks sick with glow, particles and other effects, which makes 2a look too basic. Creating an armour set that could beat all these Salmon particle sets would be hard.

Honestly I agree with the people in this forum the second age needs a reword. For how rare they are in clues and there price makes it just way to impossible for the market of them to stay alive with the way it looks I wear some second age and to me the melee and range are so similar it seems to me they just slapped it on and said yeah good enough. But if the rework doesn’t happen the items will just die and no one will care because why would you spend 400m on a plate Armour when there’s pernix that’s 20sm and it a lot better. And let’s be honest pernix even looks better then second age range alone Anyone know 2 age bow
