I don't really remember when I placed my offer, but it has to be a least a week ago, maybe 2 weeks ago. Never removed it from the G.E. since then. Came back home tonight and the purchase was completed. (Trade completed between 9am Game Time, January 4th and 8am Game Time January 5th.)
Fun fact: With the recent rises in 2nd Age prices across the whole board, I was starting to think this offer would never bear fruit. Was expecting to have to offer max cash stack, but NO!
