I got several and I was so excited when I got them. I learned today that I can only own one 'active' one. This is great for prevention of accidentally making a tradeable version... untradeable.
This sucks when you get an item with 10 charges and basically get told "Nope! buy recharges, but hey at least you can sell these or give them to other players!"
