Runecoin value is irrelevant to rarity unless only obtainable with runecoins. All tokens were obtainable from gameplay egg pet and fish in bag were 660 runecoins each but egg pet is rarer. Keg and wolpertinger pet were 300 runecoins each but that event was literally dead content and the tokens were insanely rare . Novtumber outfit was 300 runecoins and was insanely rare but more common then keg and wolp. That novtumber event is comparable to the eoc update.

runecoin relevance can be determine though by bond value.

Example: 30m bond
195 runecoin per bond

153,846 gp per runecoin

x 660 = 101,538,360 then you could factor in rarity value because it hasn't been reintroduced for years. Not many people would buy something for so much runecoins when it was obtainable in game and ge price was significantly less than the cost of 3+ bonds. So many negative people here, don't be one of them.
