Personally I think jagex should stop the crowns (and the loyalty system) as it is pointless, personally I think the ten year crown sucks and should at least have had an effect and it barely matches with anything. Mass contributor to deaths coffers.

Nope, the crown just spawn in your bank and you get a msg in game chat

If you go to loyalty section it should say how long you have been a continuous member. If you are 10+ years you should have it, if not message customer support. Contrary to popular belief, jagex actually has a support team and will fix stuff like this for you (especially 10+ year members) Mass contributor to deaths coffers.
