Yeah barge is a very nice ability, hence rarity. Jagex wont make top tier abilities easily accessible wether it be buying or grinding for the drops. Jagex just released the drop rates for ED2. Will be interesting to see how this affects prices going forward. Personally 1/200 isn't ridiculously low and shows people with 500+ kc without a single codex to be in the minority and probably just bad RNG.

EDIT: Actually looking at the solo drop rates, we're looking at about 100 hours of ed2 just to get 1 of each codex on drop rate...
