i personally think redirecting it to tuffty who is trying really hard to keep things going around here seems really hurtfull to me, he is trying all he can but he has rules too. more than forum rules to deal with. back on topic...

He has been quite vigilant in removing the owner of the said FC from the forums, and many of their alt accounts, but unfortunately he is limited in what he can do here.

The point of avenue we have with Jagex is through Mod Lee (as shown in the Forum Moderation Review V2 thread located at QFC: 254-255-595-66013672). Hopefully he has brought this current issue to the attention of the ICU team, and they impose harsh penalties on this certain individual. As you can see from his reply on page 68 of that thread, he is currently investigating the situation surrounding this certain individual, so fingers crossed.
