People do buyables and use SH feathers on dxp. I doubt the course will be popular. Also, it's a new item in the game where dxp is at the 3 week mark, the item will be at a new value then and likely stay there with little effect from dxp. "Itnachos11" FC is a friends chat for PCing nothing because you're not allowed in.
