Bought about 6k sara brew vials 3 dose off my friend to help fund his training, and plan on selling them again once the price goes back up. Would they be easier to sell as is or would decanting to 4 does brews be better?

Most players use 6 dose for pvm. so thats your best bet on quick selling.

about when to sell is entirely up to you.

They rise when people buy them for pvm and drop when there are no buyers for that cause.

Also it might rise before double exp because people make them and then it drops because everyone sells them to get some refunds on their double exp grinds. trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.
