Now that holiday items are returning and many other non-tradeable items have returned any chance we get Gold Bandos?

I was away for a handful of years and returning I was sad to learn my favorite armor got a gold release I'm unable to get.

I feel like anything non-tradeable should be available to obtain. Black partyhats are rare which is fine but at least they are tradeable.

Jagex seems to be taking a break from the lucky dip this year maybe the event can come back next year. Looks like collecting all golden items won't be possible until the 2030s if the game is still around by then and by judging by the yearly breaks from lucky dip.
