Do you mean the player or NPC models?

There are plenty of NPC stuff here such as Violet's 3D model, sexy female mages and warriors, new look undead like scary zombie monkeys with scorpion tails, and characters that don't seem to be in the game currently like High Diviners.

If you mean new model for player, or the World Guardian, I don't think there is any yet but some survey information suggested Jagex is working on characters with Classes. If there are character classes, undoubtedly there will be different character models, only that we don't know if the new model will be in Jagex's current games.

I'll rather also see players come with different heights and sizes. At least this will make petty races like gnomes and dwarfs more relevant.

On Tuesday's stream, Mod Warden (I think?) expressed interest in doing a rework of the player models, but also noted that it'd be a considerable undertaking. I'd take that to mean that it's currently not being worked on (and that there's really no concrete "changes" in mind), but that it could definitely happen at some point.
