We can probably extrapolate from what the 15 Year Cape looks like; it'll probably have two huge X's on the back, and an even more noticeable particle effect (maybe some sort of flowing liquid, like the Lava Cape and the Hydro/Sand cape overrides?). Beyond that, your guess is as good as ours, and given that it's going to be a year and a half before anyone can get one, I imagine Jagex hasn't even started designing it yet.

It's been done already have a 15 years. They will make a 20 years Vet cape as time go by it will be ridiculous. 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, and so on. Just make a cape will say how many years and days you accumulated problems solve. I don't want 20 years capes, 25 years cape, 30 years cape,35 years cape and so on. You will not have to make so many capes.

I am also guessing two large Xs.

Unless they break from tradition and go for the number 20?

A dynamic cape after year 20 would be cool - for every year you play, it automatically updates the number?
However, overall design and emote would remain constant.
