For those who have done the Remains of the Necrolord quest, you should have come over an important ritual which gave the World Guardian the powers to beat Rasial.

Tak-ma!

It was a secret ancient ritual Lord Yudura learned to bring life back to his dead body that even Rasial didn't know, and it also enabled the World Guardian to beat the First Necromancer.

The very interesting fact is it is also the first time Xau and Tak are mentioned without Xau-Tak spelling their name out. The more interesting fact is it is also the first time Vos is mentioned after the Secrets of the Inquisition mystery series.

What do you think about Vos, Xau, Tak, or Xau-Tak, or Vos-Xau-Tak? Obviously the 3 words are related but how? Are Vos, Xau and Tak 3 separate entities? Or there are Vos and Xau-Tak or another combination of them can be combined... like Vos-Xau-Tak formed the unholy Trinity similar to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost... or the Egyptian Asar-Aset-Heru trinity.

Your theories?

I still belief there are some kind of elder gods form Erabus.
Specially because of the Senntisten lore books and Rasial mentioning the runes are made form Erabus energie.

Who knows maybe I do think in a wrong direction, but we will see n future content/ lore books.

It is all but confirmed Xau-Tak is not the only rulers of Erebus as Zaros mentioned his offer to the RULERS of Erebus at the end of the Battle of the Monolith, even if Xau-Tak is one single entity.

As for whether there are Elder Gods in Erebus, I think it is just a matter of the definition of Elder God. It is just a mood point though as different stories have shown us the "shadow" who is going to destroy the universe is more than likely more powerful than the known Elder Gods anyway. The Black Stone overpowered the curse of the Stone of Jas. Xau-Tak or the shadow can create shadow breach and travel to different dimension, and corrupted Mah into a mad god.

It is just a technicality whether the "shadow" is an Elder God, as they are more powerful and influential than known Elder Gods already, once when they become unbridled.

Seems obvious to me:

Xau-Tak would then be- mama.
And Vos would be- da.

Vos and Xau-Tak are the father and mother/king and queen figures in Erebus's "pantheon."

Do you mean a king and 2 queens? Xau-ma and Tak-ma, but not Xua-Tak-ma-ma... ;)
