Absolutely not because there the buffs on mage abilities, especially the basic ones outweigh the slight nerf of FSOA. Street price of FSOA has actually gone up from 2.3-2.4 billion pre-announcements to 2.8-3.0 billion currently:

There is a number of better solutions; For example:

-Simply remove Sunshine damage boost while the special is active; effectively lowering large RNG based crits. It is unfair as for example; Berserk you sacrifice a large amount of damage increase; while sunshine you dont have to do much but run in and out of the circle. This would be the best option.


I think its better to Adjust boss mechanics, Power up Range and Melee; before nerfing mage and affecting a large number of the playerbase.

Once players realize how useless it will be; it will drop quickly. Its the AFK(not all), easy damage increase used with sunshine/cryptbloom that makes PvM goe smooth. If its just an SoS it will drop quickly.

Believe me; they dident make Choas Roar to work with bleed because the EZK was too "Overpowered".

FSOA is easy practically free DPS while afk; why its been questioned and will drop once that is gone. Recursive based hits are a big thing with the staff and if that goes so does the staff.

BOLG benefits from things like Rapid fire, and SGB spec with its hits. The FSOA being a weaker version will not set well with all the PvMer who used it; with much increased kill times.

They have 2 months to realize it already. They knew all those mage 2H ability and generic basic ability buffs > FSOA nerf.
