Jagex never talked about, let alone confirmed, any details of the new weapons. All they said in their livestream last week was they would answer such questions in the next livestream, which so far they haven't shown this week.

I don't know if they will have a livestream before the release of Glacor Front next Tuesday though.

The MOD literally stated during the stream, VERBATIM, that new weapons would have a Spec , a passive and a set bonus. Could the MOD be lying or misinformed , yes but for now that is straight from the horses mouth.
