In game, we've seen a few "time intensive" items get added.
(keep in mind, this isn't RNG based item drops. these are ones that take hours or longer to actually make from scratch)
- Crystal Hatchet and Pickaxe in Priff due to time on Ithell Harps
- Pickaxe of Earth and Song for Crystal Pickaxe requirements AND Incamdo Pickaxe Requirements with the mining/smithing update
- Masterwork Armor and the variants with M/S update
- Blessed Flask for Extreme Prayer Pots
- Mattock of Space and Time with the Archaeology skill release
