So lets preface this, if you pvp, and attack pvmers youre not pvp. Thats pv p(roselyte).

also one where pvmers can 'win'
If you initiate combat with another player, in a non-pvp world, then you owe a fine to the GE (spitball number 100k). So pretty much if you skull up or wouldve skulled up if you didnt already have a skull, then you owe that money to the ge or you will be
unable
to use the ge.
Why this is a good idea
-Help out GE tax
-Makes sense with lore.. GE is a trading platform and if you start fighting people, youre cut-off until you pay the fine. (GUARDS!)
-if youre attacking people with less that 100k risk, youre a problem as is.
-with the addition of pk keys, pkers are already making more money.. I pkers probably left at least 50k on the ground. Also consider the new pj timer, which previously it was a mad rush to pick up anything good.
-In multi areas such as vetion or slayer dungeon, this makes large flamer groups less likely to bring 30 people to kill one person just to be.. toxic. Or maybe they calculate risk v reward and only duo kill. Or maybe gives them incentive to get good instead of relying on masses. Anyway you frame it it incentivizes skilled pkers
-PVPers are everywhere in the wildy, doing any type of wildy content gets annoying af because some sheit pker wants to try out teleblock for the first time. PVPers should again have to pay a price for risk v reward. If theyre gonna mess up a safespot at a wildy boss then yes, they should pay a price for that. they'll make back if they kill me and not just waste my damn time.
-PVMers get a real sense of 'win' for escaping a pker. sure this guy is costing me food and wasting my time, but at least theyre gonna have to pay the fine..
-If you wanna be stuck up and not pay, trading is still an option
