Ive just noticed that phials in only in osrs why?and could this be a possible future update?

RS3 iron modes is different from one of the OSRS in which they could not use banks so that npc could un note items. No need for him in RS3 because its very easy to bank already. You can also sell noted to most shops and buy back un noted which is used by low levels training summoning on RS3.

I honestly do not see him being added to RS3 in the future.
