"The Lumberyard will be removed as part of this update."
The 'NEW FOUNDATIONS' article mentioned this about the Lumberyard. I see nothing wrong with this. There have been so many new advancements in magic that the Sawmil's job has become less useful. I hope the Sawmil Operator can maintain his lucrative business and continue to put food on his table.
However, I don't know what this update will do to the item 'Lumber Yard Teleport'. They have climbed up in value over the past few years. There are easily thousands of these items in the game and make up some chunk of the overall item value of the RuneScape Economy.
Will the scrolls just get slightly changed to Fort Forinthry Teleports and change to a nearby location?
Will they not change and send us into a wall (I really want to see this one happen
)?
Is Mud Runecrafting relevant enough or will the removal of the Clue Scroll task make its value crash?
What do I do with the 1000 scrolls I permantly added to my Globetrotter arm guards?
Could they end up getting removed as a clue reward and become another unintentional Discontinued Item????

Ahh well if that's true, I think it would be save to speculate the price dropping. RIP for the scrolls stuck in my armband. At least there'll be an easily accessible lodestone.
