Challenge Skip tokens will be automatically converted to Hero Points, used to progress Hero Pass levels, at a ratio of 1 Token : 125 Hero Points

In other words, keep hold of the tokens if you can, so you can gain a few levels straight away.

I wondered about that too so I reread the blog post. I think we get 125 points for each skip token.
edit to add: ^ I was a bit too slow. Lol
