According to the upcoming updates page on the RuneScape wiki (
https://runescape.wiki/w/Upcoming_updates
), Vic will apparently make a return here in February.
But where those who added that got that announcement from, I wouldn't know.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

That's right, Vic the Trader has returned today. This is the 1st of the 4 scheduled visits of Vic this year. Everything is right on schedule for RS3 this year. Don't miss the exciting opportunity! :)
